We are looking for an experienced Jira Administrator to manage and configure our Jira platform, ensuring it meets the needs of a fast-growing digital bank. You will work closely with business users to translate functional requirements into optimized Jira workflows, dashboards, and reports, supporting efficient and compliant operations.

Work Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

Shift Schedule: Day Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3-4x a week onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure Jira projects, workflows, custom fields, permissions, and notifications based on business needs.
  • Develop dashboards, filters, and reports for teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and platform security.
  • Translate functional requirements into effective Jira configurations.
  • Maintain and optimize system performance, updates, and plugins.
  • Provide user support, training, and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of hands-on Jira administration experience.
  • Strong skills in Jira workflows, schemes, permissions, and JQL.
  • Experience configuring Jira based on detailed business requirements.
  • Knowledge of compliance/security in financial services.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Confluence administration.
  • Atlassian Marketplace app experience (e.g., ScriptRunner, Tempo).
  • Agile/Scrum board configuration.
  • Atlassian certifications.
