Job Overview

A highly skilled Jira Administrator is sought to oversee the management of user, group, role, and permission settings; perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and backups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Atlassian Configuration: Set up and manage user access, groups, roles, and permissions to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Workflow Automation: Design and optimize workflows, fields, screens, and automation rules to minimize manual intervention.
  • Project Setup & Reporting: Establish and maintain projects, boards, dashboards, filters, and actionable reports to drive informed decision-making.
  • Billing Optimization: Track licenses, reconcile invoices, right-size tiers, and recommend cost-saving measures on apps and subscriptions.
  • Integration & Add-ons: Evaluate, implement, and maintain Marketplace apps; integrate Jira with CI/CD, chat, and other business tools.
  • User Support & Training: Provide second-line support, deliver training sessions, and maintain clear documentation and knowledge articles.
  • Process Governance & Improvement: Ensure security and compliance, document configurations, and champion ongoing process enhancements.

Requirements include 2+ years of proven Jira administration experience (cloud), Agile knowledge, and strong problem-solving skills.
