Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Supervisor in Botolan. The Facilities Supervisor will oversee daily operations, proper maintenance, and repair of all physical facilities, equipment, and systems within Kalinto. The role involves supervising a team of skilled maintenance staff, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all facility-related activities. The Facilities Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining communication with vendors and addressing maintenance issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or any related technical course
  • With at least 3 years of experience in facility or property maintenance; 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role is required
  • Previous experience in hospitality or resort operations is a strong advantage
  • Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Physically fit and capable of working in varied environments and schedules (weekends and holidays included)
  • Willing to be on-call for urgent facility-related situations
