Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Electrical Maintenance Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all electrical systems, machinery, and equipment within our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
  • Install and maintain electrical systems, lighting, and control panels.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and avoid unexpected breakdowns.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards, company policies, and electrical codes.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical issues promptly and effectively.
  • Assist in system upgrades, improvements, and new installations as needed.
  • Document maintenance activities and report concerns to supervisors.
  • Support other maintenance-related tasks when required.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance or a related field.
  • TESDA NC II/NC III – Electrical Installation & Maintenance certification (preferred but not required).
  • With printing industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and safety procedures.
  • Proficient in using electrical tools, testing equipment, and repair instruments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physically fit and willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, or weekends if needed.
