Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Taguig for a Hub Supervisor. The Hub Supervisor will oversee daily logistics operations, coordinate delivery schedules, and ensure smooth functioning of the assigned hub. Responsibilities include supervising sorting and delivery operations, managing performance of team members, monitoring compliance with operational standards, and addressing operational challenges promptly. The Hub Supervisor will also ensure adherence to safety protocols and support continuous improvement to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
  • Experience in logistics operations, including shipment tracking, scheduling, and handling challenges in parcel delivery.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with team members and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with logistics technology platforms and operational tools.
  • Ability to adhere to strict timelines and maintain operational efficiency within a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in logistics, supply chain management, or supervisory roles is an advantage.
