It offers a haven for discerning travelers seeking both tranquility and adventure. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Supervisor in Botolan. The Facilities Supervisor will oversee daily operations, proper maintenance, and repair of all physical facilities, equipment, and systems within Kalinto. The role involves supervising a team of skilled maintenance staff, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all facility-related activities. The Facilities Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining communication with vendors and addressing maintenance issues promptly. Qualifications Graduate of Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or any related technical course With at least 3 years of experience in facility or property maintenance; 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role is required Previous experience in hospitality or resort operations is a strong advantage Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail Physically fit and capable of working in varied environments and schedules (weekends and holidays included) Willing to be on-call for urgent facility-related situations Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industry Hospitality #J-18808-Ljbffr
