  • Supervise general maintenance and engineering
  • Assist in the implementation of site-specific facility operation standards and processes (e.g., emergency procedures, facility initiatives and security standards and processes) as necessary
  • Facilitate Vendor Management
  • Monitor Tenant relation and coordination
