Job Summary

The Customer Support Representative is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role serves as the frontline contact between the company and customers, both in-store and through digital or phone channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries via in-person, phone, email, or chat support
  • Resolve customer complaints, returns, exchanges, and service issues efficiently
  • Provide accurate information about products, pricing, promotions, and store policies
  • Process transactions, refunds, and order adjustments when needed
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments
  • Maintain customer records and document interactions accurately
  • Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and recommending products
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college level is a plus)
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
