Job Summary
The Technical Admin provides both administrative and project coordination support for Corporate Engineering Department. This hybrid role combines day-to-day administrative duties with hands-on involvement in Sustainability, CMMS, Projects, ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and timely project delivery. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and solid understanding of Corporate Engineering work process.
Responsibilities:
- ADMINISTRATIVE & OPERATION SUPPORT
- Maintain records of plant assets, utilities and facilities.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports and presentations for the Corporate Engineering team.
- Manage procurement requests, quotations and vendor coordination.
- Track department budget, expenses, Expense Report and Invoices
- Schedule and organize meetings, workshops and system maintenance.
- PROJECT COORDINATION
- Assist in planning, execution and monitoring of Corporate Engineering related projects.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to determine project requirements.
- Prepare basic mathematical and engineering calculations, simplified drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate and review engineering schedules with project team members.
- Format project timescales, as well as material, construction and labor cost prepared by Technical Staffs.
- Liaise with clients/other members working on projects.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate, preferably a degree in Computer Science, IT, or any related field and technical course equivalent.
- Fresh Graduate Can Be Considered.
