Organization & Role:
The Teradyne Product Support Engineering team is looking for a highly-motivated, energetic, technically driven Engineer to provide world class support to the current and future generations of Teradyne Semiconductor Test Products. This role is enabled by an in-depth knowledge of Teradyne's product offerings coupled with a desire to provide timely solutions across an evolving customer landscape. The Product Support Engineer role is a dynamic and challenging global support opportunity that spans an array of engineering disciplines.
Opportunity Overview:
Manages customer requests and product escalationsProvide product support to NPI, new installations, and all active installed baseCoordinate and support PUP and PIP activities at international sites as neededLeading the collection, summary, analysis, corrective actions, and reporting of data in alignment with Cebu Repair Team, and Product EngineeringCreate and provide Product Training Documents and Procedures to field teamTravel for Training, Support, and Installation activities in assigned regionPotential travel to customer sites to assist in resolving complex issuesOther product support and customer support assignments as requiredCreate new FRU and Technical Bulletins/Service BulletinsData analyst function-Create monthly MTBF reportsWork with field team to clarify part failure records and update database accordingly.

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics or equivalent courses3 to 10 years of strong technical experience and understanding of ATE testers or semiconductor equipmentStrong communication and integration skills3-10 years of product support/service experience in the semiconductor test industryStrong communication, organizational and multi-tasking abilityAbility to schedule and manage small projects is desiredWorldwide travel 5~20%
