is getting bigger and we are looking for a Finance Officer. You will handle internal financial reporting, reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring to help the company make informed decisions. This role suits someone with strong accounting foundations, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet
  • Provide channel profitability and SKU margin summaries
  • Reconcile platforms, bank accounts, and e-wallets
  • Track expenses and maintain accurate and organized financial records
  • Prepare weekly cash flow updates and monitor cash runway
  • Track upcoming payables and alert management when needed
  • Coordinate with outsourced accountant for BIR filings
  • Maintain financial documents and assist in improving finance SOPs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1-2 years experience in accounting or finance
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
