You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Finance, Accounting, and Compliance functions, ensuring accurate internal and external financial reporting as well as full compliance with regulatory requirements (BIR, SEC, etc.)

Minimum 5 years of direct finance and accounting experience required.

Major Responsibilities:

Bachelor's degree required for this role.

· Lead the Finance, Accounting, and related workstreams to ensure smooth operations, timely outputs, and accurate management information

· Handle all recording of transactions and review, and ensure accuracy of data and information

· Work closely with our external accounting service, providing timely data and coordinating reporting needs.

· Encoding and tracking of sales, purchases, expenses and the like

· Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including BIR, SEC filings, tax reporting, audits, and corporate governance standards.

· 3+ years extensive experience with BIR and SEC compliance required.

· Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data

· Oversee core accounting functions—such as payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable—to ensure processes are accurate and on time

· Review and enhance financial policies, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
