The Deputy Managing Director manages the business unit, leads the handling of accounts/clients, supervises the development and execution of Public Relations / IMC / Digital PR campaigns, and builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders. Must have at least fifteen (15) years of agency experience in Public Relations or CommunicationsMust have good communication and interpersonal skills

Must have a network of media, experts, and influencers

Must be able to generate out-of-the-box ideas

Willing to work in the field

Willing to work with grace under pressure

Has professionalism, mature attitude, good character, work ethics, and integrity

Has project ownership, drive for excellence, and grit

Must have good time management skills and attention to details

Must be optimistic but analytical and resourceful

Must be people and team oriented

Must be passionate about the craft, persevering, and willing to learn and build a long-term career

Must be proactive but patient, confident but grounded, and respectful to leaders, colleagues, and subordinates
