About the Opportunity As the Deputy Chief Finance Officer/Head of Finance , you will play a crucial role in developing and executing financial strategies that fuel our company's growth and align with our ambitious business objectives. You will oversee critical financial functions, ensuring robust financial health and compliance across our diverse operations. Your Key Responsibilities: Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to drive sustainable growth across the organization.

Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to provide accurate projections and insightful assessments. Risk Management & Compliance: Conduct in-depth risk analysis (market, credit, operational), implement mitigation strategies, and ensure robust risk management policies and procedures are in place. Financial Operations Excellence: Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and auditing, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulations.

Manage month-end and year-end closing efficiently. Regulatory Compliance & Internal Controls: Ensure strict adherence to financial laws, regulations, and internal policies. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of strong internal controls to protect company assets.

Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies. Performance Monitoring & Insights: Track key financial indicators, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and present insightful financial reports, dashboards, and forecasts to drive performance and achieve targets.

What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent, with a relevant professional license (e.g., CPA). Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting.

Ideally, experience at an Assistant Manager/Manager level within Banking/Financial Services or a similar industry. Proven leadership and management experience (at least 3 years). Excellent written communication and presentation skills.

Comprehensive financial knowledge encompassing treasury, reporting, and analysis. Strong academic background, ideally a Master's degree, with CPA or CFA certification preferred. Alternatively, 5 years of solid finance/accounting experience without certification.

Proficiency in MS Office 365. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to support new projects and business expansion. What
