Operations Specialist – PAX Cash Loan

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:

○ Oversee and manage end-to-end operational workflows for the PAX Cash Loan product, ensuring efficiency and compliance with internal and external regulations.

○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Tech, Risk, and Compliance) to streamline processes and address operational challenges.

○ Monitor and report on key operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

○ Execute quality assurance checks to maintain high standards in loan processing and disbursement.

  1. Customer Support:

    ○ Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback related to PAX Cash Loan.

    ○ Develop and implement customer service strategies to deliver a positive experience and resolve issues promptly.

    ○ Work closely with the Customer Experience team to ensure alignment in service delivery standards.

    ○ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely resolution of escalations.

  2. Stakeholder Collaboration:

    ○ Partner with internal teams to provide insights and recommendations for improving the PAX Cash Loan product based on customer feedback and operational data.

    ○ Support training initiatives for team members to ensure readiness for product launch and ongoing operations.

    ○ Build strong relationships with external partners, if applicable, to enhance service delivery.

4. Continuous Improvement:

○ Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to enhance operational efficiency.

○ Stay updated with market trends and customer preferences to adapt strategies and ensure competitiveness.

Qualifications:

○ Experience:

● Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Operations, Customer Support, or a related role, preferably within financial services or technology industries.

● Prior experience in handling loan products or credit services is a plus.

○ Skills:

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer relationships effectively.

● Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

● Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and operational systems.

○ Education:

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

○ Other Requirements:

● Familiarity with Philippine financial regulations and compliance standards.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

● Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
