Key Responsibilities:

Loan Notification
- Prepare and send lump sum notices to buyers to initiate the bank loan process.
Loan Processing and Coordination
- Handle the end-to-end processing of buyers’ bank loan applications.
- Maintain regular communication and coordination with bank financing partners to ensure timely loan approvals and releases.
Loan Status Monitoring
- Monitor the status of bank loan applications and ensure accurate, up-to-date tracking of each account.
Internal Coordination
- Collaborate with various departments (e.g., Sales, Documentation, Accounting) to ensure alignment and completeness of buyer loan requirements.
DOU Monitoring
- Track and update the delivery status of Deeds of Undertaking (DOUs) for taken-out loan accounts.
Buyer Communication
- Provide regular updates to buyers regarding the status of their loan applications and address any concerns or inquiries.
Other Duties
- Perform other related tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time in support of bank financing operations.
