Responsibilities:

· Prepares cad drawings such as Site Development Plan, Floor Plans, Roof Plan, Sections, Door & Window Schedule, Reflected Ceiling Plan, Blow-up Details, Spot Details and other related Architectural drawings.

· Prepares rendered Exterior and Interior Perspectives.

· Prepares shop and as-built drawing (Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Fire Protection, Electronic and Communication, and etc.) based on given sketch drawings by respective Superior Architects and/or Engineers.

· Provides support to respective Head, Project Architect, Junior Supervisor Architect, Engineers and Management Staff.

· Produces Drawings from Schematic Design to Design Development Phase by Manual Sketching, 3d or 2d Drawing.

· Produces Construction Documents such as Scaled Working Drawings, Word & Excel Paper Works, PDF Files and other that are related and necessary.

· Prepares Hard and Soft Copies of Front Page, Plans, Area Tabulations, Perspectives and 3d videos to be used for Client Presentation.

· Participates in the design conceptualization process to arrive a design solution.

· Meets the deadline given by immediate superior or management according to the given standards by Design Department.

· Immediately after finishing the assigned tasks, must inform the Head, Project Architect, and Junior Supervisor Architect for any Revisions or before proceeding or finalizing.

· Informs the Head, Project Architect, and Junior Supervisor Architect for important concerns directly received from outside parties. This is to avoid misleading of informations.

· Secures prior approval from Head, Project Architect, and Junior Supervisor Architect prior to sending emails to concerned Professionals and copy furnishing the immediate superior or the department head.

· Takes responsibility in informing ahead of time the immediate superior or the department head in cases of absences, leave or late.

· Conducts visit to construction site if needed for drawing details, upon advised by the Head, Project Architect, and Junior Supervisor Architect.

· Files comprehensive documents properly to avoid losing or misplacing it.

· Creates manual drawings for specific applications.

· Creates designs for projects in short notice.

· Produces specifications and drawings that have to be centered on written instructions, calculations and equations provided by engineers and designers.

· Utilizes manual drafting expertise in drawing plans, which cannot be generated through computer.

· Able modify plans to suit the needs of the Company and Architects.

· Works with coordinator to impose procedures and system for more efficiency and better quality.
