Job Location and RequirementsOn-site in Cebu | 3-5 Years Experience | Bachelor's Degree | Full-timeJob DescriptionResponsibilities:Design thermal solutions for heating and temperature sensing applications using CAD software. Engage in product and project development, providing presentations to sales and operations teams as needed. Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, and manuals to assess design feasibility.

Collaborate with internal account managers and operations to meet customer specifications. Assist manufacturing in fabrication, testing, and installation to ensure compliance with engineering and customer standards. Participate in design review meetings and follow the NPI process via MS Teams in PST.Potentially participate in customer presentations alongside sales and operations teams.

Additional DutiesThis job description is not exhaustive; duties may change at any time. Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExperience with tools and manufacturing equipment. Strong English communication skills.

Customer service orientation. Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoDesk 3D Inventor, AutoCAD 2D, and SolidWorks. Understanding of Agile database and SAP (preferred).

Ability to work effectively with operations and other groups. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database software. Basic understanding of thermal applications and material properties.

Educational and Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of design experience in semiconductor equipment or related industries, with thermal management and electrical design preferred. Hands-on prototyping and testing experience is highly desirable.

Work ConditionsFast-paced environment with 2-4 week design cycles. Ability to lift 10-20 pounds occasionally. Extended computer use and participation in MS Teams meetings in PST.Exposure to manufacturing noise, silicones, fiberglass, and epoxies.
