RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and ensure timely and accurate processing of all compensation-related deliverables including timekeeping, payroll administration, incentives processing, allowance processing, etc.

  • Regularly review and conduct comparative studies on the salary scales of all positions to ensure that the employees' compensation remains competitive

  • Consolidate and ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistent update of salary information and other historical records pertaining to compensation

  • Ensure confidentiality of all compensation-related information and records

  • Administer the HR payroll system and HR employee portal system and ensure regular, timely, and accurate updating of information pertaining to compensation

  • Prepare and process all documents with payroll information

  • Ensure the timely release of final pay of separated employees by overseeing the entire employee exit process (clearance processing, final pay computation, final pay processing)

  • Assist on other HR activities as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of any four year course preferably Finance-related courses

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in the field of payroll or compensation and benefits

  • Must have an experience in preparing salary studies

  • Must be organized and keen to details

  • Must be a fast-learner and highly adaptable to a fast-paced work environment

  • Must be resilient, flexible, and enthusiastic in his/her work
