We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Appointment Setter to support our team of financial advisors. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact potential clients (cold leads) and schedule appointments for our advisers. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a professional phone presence, and the persistence needed to connect with prospects and generate quality meetings for the advisory team.

Key Responsibilities


• Conduct outbound calls to cold leads and prospective clients to introduce our financial planning services.


• Set and confirm appointments for financial advisors based on availability and client interest.


• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and scheduled meetings in the CRM system.


• Follow up with prospects when necessary to confirm details or reschedule meetings.


• Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.


• Represent the company professionally, maintaining a courteous and helpful tone in all communications.

Qualifications & Skills


• Previous experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or in a customer outreach role, preferably within financial services or professional services.


• Excellent English communication skills, clear, confident, and engaging phone manner.


• Mandarin language proficiency is an advantage but not required.


• Strong organizational and time-management skills.


• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.


• Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
