  • Supervises the Admin Asst. for Compensation & Benefits in preparation of timesheet, employee attendance and manpower reports, payroll and mandatory benefits.
  • Ensure strict implementation of company's code of discipline, policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Oversee the efficient delivery of all procurement and asset management services to all branch departments and employees.
  • Oversee the timely compliance, approval and accuracy of all procurement and asset management documentations/forms/reports per company policies on asset management and procurement.
  • Ensure that Admin will continually and efficiently provide the company with competent and qualifies manpower by ensuring they match between the individual qualification vis a vis the organization manpower requirements.
  • Attends, handles and manages complaints, grievances and provide counseling when needed.
  • Supervise, coordinates and organized activities of all branch employees.
  • Responsible in ensuring the integrity of company's internal control system and the implementation of Quality Management System.
  • Perform other task that may be assigned from to time.

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
