The Production Team Leader is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the production floor, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met. This role involves supervising a team of operators, coordinating workflow, and supporting the overall needs of production to maintain efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of production workers to ensure daily targets are met.
  • Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to maintain workflow.
  • Ensure quality standards are followed and report any deviations or issues.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting time and attendance reports for the team.
  • Support the needs of the production line, including manpower allocation and material coordination.
  • Motivate and guide team members, providing training and coaching as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and company policies on the production floor.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Quality, Maintenance) to resolve production issues.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area.

Qualifications:

  • At least college level or equivalent education.
  • Preferably with prior experience as a Group Leader or Production Leader.
  • Strong leadership and people-handling skills.
  • Knowledgeable in preparing time and attendance reports.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
