We are hiring an experienced Accounting Team Leader to oversee a team of accountants managing US-based clients. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on accounting expertise, and the ability to ensure team efficiency and accuracy.

Experience in real estate accounting will be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and review the work of accountants and associates.
  • Manage client portfolios and maintain strong communication with US-based partners.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Conduct quality reviews of financial reports and reconciliations.
  • Develop process improvements to enhance team productivity and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and client policies.
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong background in US accounting (real estate industry a big plus).
  • Proficient in accounting systems (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
