Join a growing Australian-backed team in Clark We're looking for confident and motivated Appointment Setters who enjoy talking to people, building rapport, and helping connect Australian businesses with our sales team.


What You'll Do
  • Make outbound (cold, warm, and follow-up) calls to Australian businesses.
  • Work with provided leads and also get guidance on how to find new local businesses online (Google Maps, directories, LinkedIn etc.).
  • Book qualified appointments with business owners or senior decision-makers.
  • Record accurate details and call outcomes in spreadsheets.
  • Consistently meet daily and weekly appointment targets.

What We're Looking For
  • At least 2 years' experience in outbound calling or appointment setting (with KPIs).
  • Comfortable speaking directly with business owners or managers.
  • Strong English communication skills – clear, confident, and natural on the phone.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Able to work Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM PH time, office-based in Clark, Pampanga.
