Position Summary:
As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our business operations. You will be responsible for supporting various departments, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to the overall productivity of the company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate and communicate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the operations team.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, records, and documentation.
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Support the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate databases.
- Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and must be able to speak and write fluently in English.
- Experience as an Operations Administrator or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Building construction experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
