Qualifications:

  • With 1-2 years of experience in related or similar role.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or any equivalent degree.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge and experience in labor law, compensation, employee relations is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office Tools such as Word, Excel and Power point.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the job concerning all hotel employee included;
  • Ensure receiving of the require document such as manpower requisition and employee movement form. Hand to the management to sign for approval, record and keep in file
  • Make an appointment with the successful candidate to do the physical interview
  • Prepare employment contract and application form
  • Coordinate with the Purchasing Team for employee uniform and prepare a locker for new employee.
  • Ensure that the employee information is always up-to-date and kept in file
  • Ensure that the employee receives their full benefits and welfare
  • Prepare confirmation letter regarding promotion, transfer, employment certification for employees
  • Responsible for time attendance report
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave requests and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports accordingly
