About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Network and Systems Engineer to lead complex infrastructure initiatives, architect enterprise solutions, and mentor team members while managing critical client environments and large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Design and architect enterprise-scale Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid infrastructure solutions
  • Advanced M365/Azure Management: Lead complex tenant migrations, implement advanced security features, and manage multi-site Azure deployments
  • Enterprise Systems: Architect Windows Server environments, Active Directory forests, and implement automation using PowerShell and Graph API
  • Network Engineering: Configure advanced firewalls, and implement Zero Trust security models
  • Team Leadership: Serve as Tier 3 escalation point, mentor junior engineers, and lead technical training initiatives
  • Project Management: Lead large-scale infrastructure projects and develop comprehensive documentation

Required Qualifications

Experience: 7-10 years in systems/network engineering with 5+ years in Microsoft 365/Azure environments. Proven track record leading complex infrastructure projects and managing enterprise-grade security implementations.

Technical Expertise: Expert-level Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server (2016/2019/2022). Advanced networking (BGP, OSPF, SD-WAN), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), automation scripting, and enterprise security frameworks.

Leadership: Experience leading technical teams, mentoring staff, presenting to executives, and managing client relationships with strong project management capabilities.

Required Certifications

Microsoft (2-3):

  • MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert
  • AZ-104: Azure Administrator Associate
  • AZ-305: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • SC-300: Identity and Access Administrator

Networking (1 required):

  • Cisco CCNP Enterprise/Security
  • CompTIA Security+ CE
  • Palo Alto PCNSE or equivalent

Preferred: VMware VCP-DCV, ITIL 4, PMP, advanced security certifications
