Be part of our client's team as a Network and Systems Engineer, driving technical projects from start to finish. The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum of 5 years of technical experience as a Systems Engineer or Systems Administrator
• Must have prior MSP experience and be comfortable working with multiple clients
• Experienced in configuring firewalls, switches, and servers (WatchGuard and Fortinet preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Customer Service experience is a plus)
• Demonstrate enterprise-level understanding of change control processes, proper documentation standards, and effective communication practices
• Experience working with Windows Server (up to 2022), Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS
• Strong background in virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware, clustering technologies)
• Familiarity with VDI/Session-based desktop design (Citrix, Microsoft RDS)
• Knowledgeable in LAN/WAN infrastructure and system/network security best practices
• Experience in scripting (PowerShell, VBScript, or Python)
• Cloud architecture experience is a plus (Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365 Intune)

Your Daily Tasks

• Collaborate with coworkers, vendors, and clients via phone and email to design and implement diverse technical engineering projects
• Build and administer networks, firewalls, and wireless networks
• Perform Office 365 and SharePoint migrations, and manage Intune and other complex administrative tasks
• Take full ownership of issues, projects, or architectural designs from start to finish
• Adjust work hours as needed for project activities scheduled during evenings or weekends
• Write and maintain internal and client-facing documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical clients
