TASKS:

Course Designing

  • Identify learning needs by doing class observations and facilitator interviews
  • Design course structure and define learning objectives

Course Developing

  • Build engaging content and materials.
  • Create assessments in line with the learning objectives

Training/Facilitation

  • Facilitate technical course training
  • Validate learning effectiveness

Administrative and Organizational Tasks

  • Schedule the whole year's classes that will cater to both morning and night shifts.
  • Update materials, reports, and learners' data on the company's LMS

Marketing and Promotion

  • Create promotional materials that will encourage and inform staff about the courses being offered.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2–3 years of experience as an IT Trainer / Technical Trainer, delivering training to corporate clients or BPO settings
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and facilitation techniques
  • Proven experience creating or customizing training modules/materials
  • Solid knowledge of at least one or more technical domains (e.g., Server Hardware, Firewall/Security, ISC2 Cyber Security, Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform)
  • Hands-on experience with virtual training platforms (e.g., MS Teams)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
