Key Responsibilities:

Engineering & Maintenance

  • Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and structural systems.
  • Ensure all facilities, utilities, and equipment are safe, operational, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and immediately address identified issues.
  • Maintain maintenance schedules, logs, and work orders.
  • Respond promptly to urgent repairs and emergency maintenance needs.

Construction & Renovation

  • Supervise minor construction, renovation, and improvement projects.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Monitor project timelines, workmanship quality, and material usage.
  • Ensure construction works do not disrupt ongoing operations and events.

Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce safety procedures, proper use of tools, PPE, and work permits.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable government regulations.
  • Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.

Team & Coordination

  • Lead and assign tasks to maintenance staff and technicians.
  • Coordinate closely with Operations, F&B, and Event teams to support operational requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to staff.

Inventory & Documentation

  • Monitor inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.
  • Prepare reports on repairs, preventive maintenance, and construction status.
  • Recommend upgrades or replacements for aging equipment.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field) preferred.
  • Technical or vocational training in maintenance or construction is an advantage.
Experience:
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in engineering, maintenance, or construction supervision.
  • Experience in hospitality, resort, event venue, or commercial facilities is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and basic civil works.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and technical manuals.
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and repair scheduling.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and basic government compliance requirements.
Leadership & Behavioral Competencies:
  • Strong supervisory and people-management skills.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and respond to emergencies.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Other Requirements:
  • Willing to work on flexible schedules, including events and emergencies.
  • Physically fit and able to perform site inspections.
  • Honest, reliable, and safety-conscious.
