We are looking for a Healthcare Specialist to help customers with their concerns about products or services. You will collect all needed details, investigate the issue, and make sure it is resolved or sent to the right team.

What You Will Do

  • 50% Non Voice / 50% Voice
  • Receive customer complaints through calls, emails, or messages.
  • Record details accurately in the system.
  • Follow up with customers for missing information or product returns.
  • Work with other teams to investigate and close complaints.
  • Keep customers updated about the status of their cases.
  • Escalate urgent issues to your Team Lead.
  • Keep all customer and company information private.

Who We're Looking For

  • Graduate of Nursing, Pharmacy, or any Allied Medical course.
  • Having clinical experience or a license as a Nurse or Pharmacist is a plus.
  • Can write clear and simple reports.
  • Good in using computers and typing.
  • Has good listening and phone conversation skills.
  • Patient, detail-oriented, and good at solving problems.
  • Willing to work on a night shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php25,000.00 per month
