Job Summary:

The Organizational Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, leadership development, and cultural alignment. This role acts as a key business partner to leadership teams by driving initiatives in change management, performance management, talent development, and organizational design to support long-term business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Organizational Effectiveness & Design

  2. Analyze current organizational structures and recommend improvements to enhance agility, efficiency, and role clarity.

  3. Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement org structure changes, role realignments, and workforce planning strategies.
  4. Facilitate strategic planning sessions, team interventions, and organizational diagnostics.
  5. Change Management

  6. Develop and implement change management frameworks to support business transformation and cultural shifts.

  7. Lead communications and stakeholder engagement plans for key organizational changes.
  8. Act as an internal consultant to guide departments through transitions with minimal disruption.
  9. Learning & Leadership Development

  10. Design and oversee leadership development programs for emerging leaders, managers, and executives.

  11. Assess training needs across departments and create learning strategies aligned with business goals.
  12. Facilitate in-house workshops, team-building sessions, and coaching initiatives.
  13. Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  14. Lead engagement surveys and implement follow-through action planning.

  15. Monitor organizational health metrics (engagement, retention, productivity) and design programs to address issues.
  16. Champion initiatives that drive a values-based culture and improve employee experience.
  17. Performance & Talent Management

  18. Enhance the performance management process, ensuring alignment between individual goals and organizational objectives.

  19. Partner with HR to manage succession planning, talent reviews, and high-potential programs.
  20. Monitor and analyze talent data to inform leadership and organizational decisions.
  21. Data-Driven Decision Making

  22. Use employee data, pulse surveys, and performance metrics to generate insights and recommend targeted interventions.

  23. Track KPIs for OD initiatives and report progress to senior leadership.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • At least 5–7 years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or a related HR leadership role.
  • Proven experience in change management, leadership development, and organizational design.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using HRIS, survey tools, or talent analytics platforms.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci), facilitation, or coaching is an advantage.
