Job Description

The Organizational Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives that foster growth and excellence within the organization. This key leadership position oversees the development and implementation of HR strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a culture of collaboration.

As an Organizational Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of HR professionals, providing expert advice and guidance to senior management on all people-related matters, and overseeing the delivery of HR services to assigned business units.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement location-specific HR strategies that drive business results and improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Provide expert advice and counsel to senior management on all HR-related issues, ensuring strategic alignment and effective decision-making.
  • Oversee the delivery of HR services to assigned business units, ensuring high-quality support and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement through the implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and developing a team of HR professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of current HR best practices and trends, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a strategic manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
