Job Title: Organizational Development (OD) Head for a Bus Company

Department: Human Resources
Work schedule: 6-day work week (Monday-Saturday)
Work arrangement: Onsite

Job Summary:

The Organizational Development (OD) Head leads the design and execution of initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, leadership development, and change management. This role ensures that the organization's structure, culture, and talent strategies align with its long-term goals. The OD Head collaborates with HR and business leaders to cultivate a high-performing, agile, and future-ready workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement organizational development strategies that support the company's goals and culture.

  • Lead initiatives on talent development, succession planning, and leadership capability building.

  • Drive change management strategies and programs to support business transformation and growth.

  • Design and manage employee engagement programs, including surveys and action planning.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess organizational needs and recommend development solutions.

  • Provide consultation and support to leaders on organizational design and workforce planning.

  • Facilitate workshops, training programs, and interventions focused on team effectiveness, culture, and performance.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OD programs and make data-driven improvements.

  • Stay updated on OD best practices, tools, and methodologies to ensure program relevance and impact.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's degree is an advantage.

  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership or OD-focused role.

  • Strong background in organizational design, change management, and leadership development.

  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and influence across all levels of the organization.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decisions and measure program impact.
