The Qualifications We Seek

• 2-3 years of experience in underwriting, operations, or a related field
• Strong understanding of risk assessment principles and underwriting processes
• Proficiency in risk management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex issues
• Customer-focused with a professional demeanor

Your Daily Tasks

Risk Assessment and Analysis:

• Analyze customer data and documentation to determine onboarding eligibility
• Evaluate risk factors for existing customers requesting increased account permissions
• Present risk findings and recommendations in clear, actionable formats to decision-makers
• Apply risk assessment frameworks and scoring models to quantify customer risk profiles
• Identify patterns and trends that indicate potential risks

Data Aggregation and Processing:

• Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources to create comprehensive risk profiles
• Use statistical analysis and data visualization tools to interpret complex datasets
• Develop and maintain risk assessment databases and tracking systems
• Implement standardized methodologies for consistent risk evaluation

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure underwriting decisions follow regulatory requirements and company policies
• Maintain complete documentation of risk assessment methods and decisions
• Contribute to the development and refinement of underwriting criteria and policies
• Support audits by preparing analytical reports and documentation

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to improve risk assessment efficiency through data analysis
• Recommend updates to underwriting guidelines based on data trends and outcomes
• Establish and apply quality control measures for the underwriting process
