Job Summary:

Performs functional branch accounting functions and prepares required related reports for General Accounting Division (GAD), Branch Operations Accounting Department (BOAD) and Financial Accounting Management Division (FAMD).

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepares journal entries relating to Subsidiary ledgers of all loan/lease accounts, as well as entries related to ROPA recognition and disposal.
  • Prepares preterm computations of accounts for payout, restructuring, assumption of mortgage and compromise agreement.
  • Ensures correctness of status of loan/lease accounts and prepares adjusting entries as necessary.
  • Prepares NOM for matured and pre-term accounts
  • Prepares Monthly Delinquency Reports, and ensures that accrual of Income are properly recorded
  • Prepares Notice of Repossessions (NOREFs) for acquired/ repossessed units (accounting portion only,
  • Prepares SOA for regular billing, pre-termination and Residual Value (RV) for collection.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a 4-year business course, preferably BS in Accountancy
  • Computer literate, with good oral and written communications skills
  • Fresh graduate are most welcome to apply
  • Willing to work full-time onsite in Orix Metro Angeles Branch
