About the role

Join our thriving J7 Plaza Hotel- Iloilo team as a Sales & Reservation Associate. This full-time position is based in our Iloilo City office, and you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and managing reservations for our growing hospitality business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to inbound inquiries from customers via phone, email, and online channels
  2. Providing detailed information about our hotel offerings, rates, and availability
  3. Handling reservations, modifications, and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner
  4. Upselling and cross-selling additional hotel services and amenities to customers
  5. Maintaining accurate records and guest profiles in our reservation system
  6. Addressing customer queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
  7. Collaborating with the wider sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a wide range of customer requests
  3. Demonstrated experience in a customer service or reservations role, ideally within the hospitality industry
  4. Proficient in using reservation and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  5. Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and contributing to the success of the business
  6. Flexible and adaptable to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
