Join our team as a 
Process Trainer for the AirDoctor Program
 and help shape the next generation of top-performing agents You'll design engaging training sessions, guide new hires through their journey, and make real impact by bridging learning to production success. Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate 
    classroom and virtual training
     sessions for new hires, ensuring an engaging and productive learning environment.
  • Develop and implement 
    learning materials, assessments, and coaching plans
     tailored to trainee needs.
  • Serve as the 
    subject matter expert (SME)
     during the transition phase from training to operations.
  • Communicate 
    process updates, system changes, and new procedures
     within the AirDoctor program.
  • Collaborate regularly with the 
    Resident Training Team
     to align training initiatives and standards.
  • Flex to agent role
     when necessary to:
  • Assist clients in scheduling appointments with preferred clinics or doctors.
  • Handle inquiries via 
    calls, chat, or email
     in accordance with AirDoctor standards.
  • Process 
    payment requests
     accurately and efficiently.
  • Uphold 
    patient confidentiality and data privacy
     at all times.
  • Provide 
    comprehensive progress reports
     on trainee performance, challenges, coaching sessions, and KPI trends.
  • Identify and report 
    system bugs or process gaps
     that may affect trainees and frontline agents.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the management and the Resident Training Department.

Qualifications

Educational Background

  • Completed 
    at least 2 years of tertiary education
  • Preferably a 
    College Graduate
     or 
    Vocational Course Graduate

Experience

  • Minimum of 
    6 months training experience
    , preferably in a 
    BPO or healthcare-related program
  • At least 
    6 months experience in Customer Service or Healthcare account

Skills & Competencies

  • Outstanding 
    communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in 
    MS Office Suite
     and 
    Zoom Workspace
  • Strong 
    reporting, documentation, and people management skills
  • Exceptional 
    problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities
