What You'll Do:

Responsible for overseeing the Scholarship Training Department, including the development and implementation of programs, and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of all training initiatives offered by the Foundation. Supervises the entire training process from planning to completion, assigns trainers to scheduled classes based on competencies, and facilitates classroom sessions for scholars.

What We're Looking For:


•Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Technical Teacher Education (BTTE), Bachelor in Secondary Education, Engineering, or a related field.


•At least 3 years of relevant experience in TVET training operations or education supervision.


•Must hold TESDA National Certificates (NCs) relevant to the supervised qualifications and have completed technical trainings in the construction sector.
