Key Responsibilities

  • Provide mid-level technical support services across all company locations.
  • Handle and resolve escalated issues from Tier 1 support, ensuring effective and timely problem resolution
  • Deliver technical solutions through a combination of remote troubleshooting and necessary onsite support visits.
  • Adhere to Information Technology Infrastructure Library processes for all service delivery and incident management, ensuring standardized and high-quality support.
  • Support infrastructure readiness for new branch expansion and office relocation projects, ensuring all systems are operational before launch.
  • Ensure timely service resolution by managing and resolving all service requests within established SLAs.
  • Coordinate meticulously with multiple internal IT teams to facilitate complex solutions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and final resolutions for knowledge transfer and auditing purposes.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer engineering, or related technical fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years in endpoint or desktop support - required
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or escalation-level role
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, and remote support tools.
  • Experience with deployment, reimaging, asset tagging, and repair workflows.
  • Familiarity with core ITSM and endpoint monitoring systems
  • Ability to interpret technical dashboards/reports and manage Incident Management, RCA, and SLA tracking.
  • Experience in team performance coaching and coverage planning
