Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. This involves identifying the root cause of problems with computers, servers, network devices, printers, and other equipment.
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems. Responsible for setting up new hardware and software, updating and maintaining existing systems, and ensuring that they are secure and functioning properly.
  • Providing technical support. This may involve assisting users with issues over the phone, via email, or in-person, and may require explaining technical issues to non-technical users in a way that they can understand.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks. This includes tasks such as cleaning and maintaining equipment, updating software, and backing up data.
  • Maintaining records and documentation. Responsible for keeping records of hardware and software inventory, service requests, and other relevant information.
    1. Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends: Technicians need to stay informed about new technologies, software updates, and security threats in order to provide effective support and make recommendations for hardware and software upgrades.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related course.
  • Excellent in Microsoft excel
  • Good in written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
