Are you detail-oriented and passionate about optimizing software usage and managing IT assets? Join our team as a Software Asset Management and Server Coordinator Support and play a critical role in ensuring compliance, cost-efficiency, and visibility across our IT environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage license entitlements, renewals, and expirations to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
  • Administer the organization's Software Asset Management tool (ServiceNow – SNOW).
  • Coordinate and maintain monthly server inventory updates and ensure accurate reclassification of related charges.
  • Keep an up-to-date inventory of all software assets, installations, and license allocations.
  • Track software usage patterns and perform license reconciliation to identify over- or under-licensing.
  • Monitor the software lifecycle, from procurement through deployment to retirement.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on software compliance, usage trends, and cost analysis.
  • Identify and report on unused or underutilized software to drive optimization initiatives.
  • Provide support for any other tasks assigned by the management team.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Software Asset Management, IT asset tracking, or related roles.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow (SNOW) or other asset/license management tools is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of software licensing models and compliance standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets, identify discrepancies, and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience working in IT operations, procurement, or asset management teams is a plus.
