Brief Description Of Work and Responsibilities

  1. CMDB Daily Extract - Ensure that all IT Asset movement are updated daily. - Provide high level summary on the daily asset status update. - Clean Up Active WS Working File

  2. Validate IT Asset Reports (SOD, EOD - IT Asset) - Ensure that report details and status are accurate and consistently updated.

  3. Spot Checking Storage 2 Inventory - Validate daily asset movement validation in Storage 2.

  4. Daily Ticket monitoring of Asset Team - Ensure that daily IT asset tickets are properly tracked.

  5. Validate of ongoing Config/Wipe from Emerson's Email - Ensure the Config/Wipe details are aligned with the actual unit and IT asset report.

  6. PC Refresh File Validation - Ensure that all end-of-life (EOL) machines are replaced as necessary.

  7. TPC Resigned Monitoring - Ensure proper surrender of all deployed IT assets, and implement the unreturned asset policy for any items not recovered.

  8. Intune Monthly Report (AIA PH, Medicard, AIA IM and Digital+) - Monitor/validate deployed IT Assets with data if Intune compliant.

  9. AIA PH Recertification - Ensure that all IT assets deployed to users are recertified twice a year.

  10. Daily clearance monitoring - Ensure all status in e-clearance tool are updated. - Monitor asset status and ensure deductions are reflected on employee's final pay if assets are not recovered. - Implement the unreturned asset policy for any items not surrendered.

  11. Intune Monthly Report - Monitor/validate deployed IT Assets with data if Intune compliant.

  12. Validate BPI-AIA Support Reports - Ensure that report details and status are accurate and consistently updated.

  13. PC Refresh File Validation - Ensure that all end-of-life (EOL) machines are replaced as necessary.

  14. TPC Resigned Monitoring - Ensure proper surrender of all deployed IT assets and implement the unreturned asset policy for any items not recovered.

  15. Monthly FurMM Update - Provide a high-level summary of the status of unreturned assets, along with other EUS action items related to residual risk rating.
