Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Advertising Manager to lead and oversee a dynamic portfolio of residential and leisure properties. In this role, you will need to complete a team of 7 Property Consultants, driving performance and ensuring seamless daily operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a solid grasp of the real estate market and a talent for team development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate management or a similar leadership role.
- Proficient in property management software and knowledgeable in real estate laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management and performance of a diverse residential and leisure property portfolio.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Stay informed on market trends and implement innovative real estate advertising techniques.
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of 7 Property Consultants.
- Develop and execute advertising strategies tailored to client needs and business goals.
- Identify and establish referral partnerships with networks and previous clients.
- Manage advertising budgets, ensuring cost-effective and high-ROI campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital ads, social media content, and traditional advertisements.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to optimize advertising efforts.
- Create engaging visual and video content for marketing campaigns.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance daily.
- Attend to manning and office attendance schedules.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advertising trends, technologies, and industry regulations.
- Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
