Job Overview:

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our growing team This role is ideal for someone who is knowledgeable in various HR functions, including payroll processing, employee relations, recruitment, and DOLE compliance. If you're organized, people-oriented, and ready to take on a dynamic role in HR, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage payroll, government contributions, and employee benefits
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE rules and labor laws
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new hires
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documents
  • Handle employee concerns and promote positive employee relations
  • Monitor timekeeping and attendance systems
  • Support administrative tasks related to HR operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR, particularly in payroll and labor compliance
  • Familiarity with Philippine Labor Laws and DOLE standards is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and with good communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Can work independently and handle confidential information with integrity
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules if required
