About the role

Akari Lighting and Technology Corporation is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of sales associates, and creating an exceptional customer experience in our high-performing retail store. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development.

What you'll be doing

  1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service
  2. Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of sales associates to exceed sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  3. Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and implement effective sales strategies
  4. Ensuring the store maintains a clean, organized, and visually appealing presentation to attract customers
  5. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute in-store promotions and events
  6. Maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations

What we're looking for

  1. At least 3-5 years of experience in retail sales management or a related field
  2. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  3. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional shopping experiences
  4. Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use sales metrics to drive business decisions
  5. Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  6. Familiarity with retail technology and point-of-sale systems
  7. A collaborative and adaptable mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  8. Can do fieldwork from time to time
