JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Function as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders and execute
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external clients
  • Forecast and track account metrics
  • Recognize and grow opportunities within the territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
  • Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Utilize contract negotiating expertise in assigned accounts
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
