About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team at KAYA RESTAURANT in Cebu City. As a Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. Your efforts will ensure that our chefs and kitchen team can continue delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Washing dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently and thoroughly.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the dishwashing and kitchen areas.
  • Assisting with the cleaning and organization of kitchen equipment and workstations.
  • Restocking clean dishes and utensils to the appropriate kitchen areas.
  • Following food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols at all times.
  • Supporting the kitchen team with occasional basic prep or cleaning tasks as needed.
  • Ensuring waste bins are emptied and work areas remain clean and hazard-free.

What We're Looking For:

  • Some experience in a kitchen, restaurant, or food service environment is an advantage (training provided).
  • A strong sense of responsibility and attention to cleanliness and detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Good communication skills and a cooperative attitude.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
