Responsibilities:

  • Assist with food preparation, including cutting, portioning, marinating, and assembling ingredients.
  • Ensure prep stations are clean, stocked, and organized before and during service.
  • Support line cooks and chefs during service to maintain smooth kitchen flow.
  • Help with inventory checks, receiving, and properly storing deliveries.
  • Follow kitchen safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards consistently.
  • Adapt to various kitchen tasks as needed during busy hours.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an assistant cook, kitchen helper, or similar role.
  • Presentable, reliable, and eager to improve culinary skills.
  • Shows initiative, attention to detail, and focus under pressure.
  • Versatile and willing to handle different kitchen tasks as needed.
  • Must have updated NBI clearance prior to employment.
  • Preferably residing within Cebu City or nearby areas.
