Qualifications

  • At least high school graduate
  • With experience in being a coordinator
  • With own motor and license

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and oversee daily operational or project tasks.
  • Manage schedules, calendars, timelines, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications—liaising with team members, vendors, clients, or stakeholders.
  • Prepare, maintain, and track documentation: reports, meeting minutes, contracts, budgets, status updates.
  • Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, follow up on action items.
  • Monitor progress of assigned tasks and alert management to issues or risks.
  • Assist in resource allocation: staff, materials, equipment, budget.
  • Adjust plans and reallocate resources as priorities shift.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, standards, or regulatory requirements (as applicable).
  • Provide administrative support as needed: data entry, filing, procurement support.
  • Evaluate processes and suggest improvements to boost efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
